The hotel offers new and clean rooms with modern luxury fittings, a film library, and fast wifi, although some room changes were needed. The service staff, including drivers and waitresses/waiters, can be challenging at times but are a credit to the resort, missing sometimes. The location is fabulous, providing a relaxing stay with easy access to activity locations. The dining experience at the hotel was amazing, especially at Tamanu with freshly cleaned rooms and a delightful smoothie. The hotel provides an exclusive experience overlooking the beach.

The resort is a lovely place overall with a few hiccups. The rooms, although initially problematic, turned out to be comfortable and well-equipped with amenities like a TV, film library, and fast Wi-Fi, which was quite rare on the islands. However, some confusion and inconvenience arose during the room assignment process. The service, particularly the care provided by Roy and the overall treatment by Manager Roxy, was exceptional despite occasional shortcomings in table settings and insect presence. The location offers a perfect balance between tranquility and accessibility to town and other activity areas. The dining experience was somewhat mixed, with issues like undercooked and cold food but still maintaining a good standard. The resort's facilities contribute to a pleasant stay, with various services available for guests.

Waking up to the sound of the waves each morning was an absolute delight, and the modern luxury fittings in our clean and new room added a touch of sophistication to the stay. The hotel staff were super friendly and easy to deal with, making our experience memorable. The location was perfect for a relaxing stay, offering beautiful villas overlooking the beach, and the dining experience, while brilliant, could've offered a bit more variety. The facilities were top-notch, providing everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation.
